At FELD INSTITUT Cologne, we research and shape systemic intelligence. It is the inner state and the outer framework that enables development and unfolding – individually, collectively, and organizationally.
Systemic intelligence describes functions and functional principles in open systems. All organisms are open systems – open because they depend on exchange with their environment – mentally, emotionally, and physically. Humans are open systems, as are their social constructs that have arisen through human connection. Social constructs include friendships, romantic relationships, families, groups, organizations, and societies.
With systemic intelligence, people and their social constructs can be understood in their complexity and significantly supported and strengthened in their development and unfolding.
Connection is the prerequisite for the emergence of social constructs.
Everything arises from a connection. Everything develops through connection and unfolds in connection.
In the moment of connection, something new emerges. This new entity is a gestalt that is more than the sum of the elements that have united to form it. This is the magic of connection.
