Jürgen is the co-founder of FELD INSTITUT.

After studying business administration, Jürgen worked for more than 25 years in top positions at corporations in the waste management industry.

Jürgen served as managing director for companies with over 1,000 employees, and was division head and sales manager for complex services in numerous organizations. His clients included, among others:

• Trienekens AG, where he was Head of Central Sales;

• Deutsche Pfand AG of the REWE Umwelt Group, of which he was the Chairman;

• REWE Umwelt AG, where he was Head of Central Sales for Commercial and Municipal Clients

• ALBA Group, where he was Regional Head East and Managing Director;

• Duales System Holding Group (Der Grüne Punkt), where he was Head of Waste Management Systems and Managing Director.

In 2013, he “switched sides” and has since primarily advised on the procurement of complex services. He designs and implements tenders on specially established platforms and conducts purchasing and price negotiations with service providers.

Based on his experience, he offers his leadership and sales expertise as a consultant and interim manager.

Last but not least, Jürgen is co-founder and COO of CONSTELLATORS INTERNATIONAL KG, the largest international network of systemic consultants.

Drawing on his systemic training and further education, he pays particular attention to the interconnections within organizations during strategic process design.
