Stephanie Hartung
Stephanie is the founder of FELD INSTITUT, which today is FELD INSTITUT Köln and collaborates with like-minded partners who in turn run FELD INSTITUTES in the DACH region.
Today, in 2026, FELD INSTITUT exists at four locations with five partners who have largely harmonized and individually modified their training programs and whose expertise and services optimally complement one another. In addition, FELD partners collaborate with external experts in constellation work and also teach in their training programs.
With a degree in painting from the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf and as a master student of Gotthard Graubner, Stephanie worked as a painter for 18 years before completing a management degree at the University of Hagen as well as training and further education in systemic consulting methods and therapies, turning her attention to business and topics of personal and potential development.
For over 23 years, she ran her own consulting firm for systemic brand and organizational development.
Since 2011, she has also worked as a Gestalt therapist supporting personal development and growth processes. She provides consulting in systemic organizational and personnel development and coaches on professional and individual topics.
As an author, she has published numerous specialist books. As a lecturer, she has given lectures on agile organizational development at universities. As an internationally recognized systemic constellator and trainer, she provides training in system and organizational constellations.
Together with Jürgen Ziemann, she founded the international organization Constellators International, which is dedicated to quality management in systemic consulting and the advancement of systemic practice.
Stephanie, born in 1959, is the mother of an adult son and lives with her partner near Cologne.
