I very much enjoyed Stephanie’s organisational constellations training. I found it to be a beneficial blend of theory and practical work. The theory provided an overview of a number of key principles of systemic thinking, which we then had the opportunity to put into practice, both in the larger group as well as in smaller breakouts. Time was also allocated for discussion to clarify and elaborate on a range of topics. Stephanie has a deep knowledge and a generic spirit, which made for a rich learning experience. I particularly appreciated working on specific case studies brought forward by the group participants and observing Stephanie’s (seemingly effortless) use of constellations to help bring the systems more into balance. Her experience in consulting shed important light on working with clients. And finally, it’s important to note Stephanie’s ability also to address personal issues that are revealed from the organisational work. I would definitely recommend this year-long training, which is excellent value for money relative to other offerings on the market.

Dear Stephanie, your professional development program was another important milestone in my personal and professional development, even though at 62, as a mature person, I have already moved a lot and achieved quite a bit in both fields.
I gained valuable insights through your impulses. I would particularly like to emphasize the importance of your inner stance, which in my view is what makes everything effective: every intervention, every dialogue, every knowledge impulse showed a genuine interest in the respective individuals and the group as a whole.
Even if the messages were sometimes not easy to accept due to one’s own blind spots (of the participants), I felt how important it was to you that everyone felt understood, seen, and heard. What was difficult to hear became acceptable to me through your fundamental love and respect. I would like to thank you with great joy and significant benefit for your professional development program in Systemic Constellations in the Psycho-Social Context 2020-2022, for your extensive knowledge, your clarity, and your warm guidance.
