Systemic love, self-love – for personal maturation toward the We

From the moment of conception, we struggle to survive in the systems into which we are born. As children, we love in dependency. We would do anything to support our systems so that they love us and provide us with a good and safe place.

For us as children, this is so important that we would even sacrifice ourselves to get what we need to survive. The logic of this first dependent love defines the field of tension in which we all grow up. From this emerge behavioral patterns with which we later interact with others.

Our dependent love is also a protective cloak that shields our self, our innate potential. In dependent love, we survive and protect the life with which we are born. In this way, we prepare early on the ground for our adult self-love.

Beyond dependency

Our innate life, our individual potential with its unique quality, wants to flourish and reveal itself beyond all dependencies, and it wants to remain connected—with ourselves, with others, with the greater, the ineffable.

To develop into self-loving people, we examine our survival patterns and acknowledge them as expressions of our love for those on whom we were dependent. Only when we are seen with our dependent love

do we understand that we are the ones who survived. Now we are the adults. Now we can shift our attention away from the past toward the present and from external dependency toward our inner self. We reconnect with ourselves. We begin to love our self in independence, free, alive, fulfilled.

Connected with our self, we return home. We feel that we are loved by ourselves and can now love as adults.

Constellation work with a psychosocial focus is a supportive and powerful tool to facilitate this process of maturation.

From emptiness into fullness into emptiness – for professional qualification in systemic counseling in the psychosocial field

Systemic constellations enable us to directly experience the quality of relationships in the systems in which we move—whether they are of a familial, private, or organizational nature.

With the systemic orders we create, we often protect ourselves from the unknown and maintain the status quo. Ideals and notions, beliefs and rules are conclusions drawn from our experiences, and they can sometimes constrict our lives or make them complicated.

Simple living does not need the past as a blueprint for the present. Yesterday is not today. And this is precisely what can be experienced in systemic constellations. Here we experience ourselves in a state of not-knowing and emptiness, from which something new can develop and growth can unfold. Life becomes experienceable in its manifold fullness. The future flows toward us.

Systemic constellations with this focus are a helpful complementary method for all counseling, social, and educational professions. They also offer those interested the opportunity for intensive self-exploration and comprehensive support for their own personal development.

ASA2526, The Training

The 2-year training is suitable as an entry into the field of systemic counseling with an individual therapeutic, social, or educational orientation. It focuses on the comprehensive development of participants—personally and as professionals in the counseling field.

Prerequisites for working with systemic constellations are an attitude of open perception and an approach to what reveals itself. The training therefore also cultivates presence, perception, and non-intention.

The training is based on the ethical guidelines of CONSTELLATORS INTERNATIONAL (CI) and the German Association for Systemic Constellations (DGfS), as well as the professional code for continuing education of the FWW, Forum for Value Orientation in Continuing Education.

TTT-ASA2526, the Train-the-Trainer certification in ASA2526

We offer 5 places for colleagues who wish to train as trainers in systemic constellation. You participate in the training like a regular participant—only this time from a different perspective. Not only do you receive comprehensive information about the didactic planning of the training, but after each day of training you have the opportunity for a one-hour conversation in which all essential moments of the day are reflected upon. In the second year, you lead your own days in the training with your own presentation and constellation sessions.

Participant Testimonials

Dear Stephanie,

Your training was another important milestone in my personal and professional development, even though at 62 years of age, as a mature person, I have already accomplished much and achieved a great deal in both areas.
I have gained valuable insights through your guidance. I would particularly like to highlight the significance of your inner attitude, which in my view makes everything effective: Every intervention, every dialogue, every knowledge impulse demonstrated genuine interest in the individual people and the group as a whole.
Even when the messages were sometimes difficult to accept due to one’s own blind spots (of the participants), I felt how important it was to you that each and every person felt understood, seen, and heard. What was difficult to hear became acceptable to me through your fundamental love and respect. In doing so, you were never sanctimonious or elevated yourself—as everyone who knows you can confirm, you are on the contrary very pragmatic!

Regarding knowledge transfer, I was impressed by your ability to present complex relationships clearly and comprehensibly. Your incredibly vast and interconnected knowledge was impressive, and your ability to convey it simply and effectively was, in my view, brilliant. Here too, you took the time for each of us to address our questions and individual needs.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart and look forward to further growth together!

Alfa Cawelius, Business Consultant, Germany

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent training in systemic constellation. During this time, I learned and experienced a great deal, which has helped me tremendously in my personal development and deeply touched me. I appreciate your ability to convey complex topics and knowledge with clear and understandable words. You consistently provided the space and the appropriate words that were necessary for the group in the different phases, while supporting and accompanying each of us in our personal development. I am grateful for the wonderful time I was able to spend with you.

I can definitely recommend the training and your work, and I can also turn to you in the future with any concerns. Thank you once again for everything you have done for me and the group.

Benefits

The benefits of our training in systemic constellations extend far beyond learning a methodological skill. We aim for holistic development.

The intensive self-exploration, the associated personal development, and the meaning-oriented grounding in the here and now significantly support and promote the ability to shape one’s own life powerfully, confidently, and joyfully.

The systemic field directs attention to the shaping of connections—with oneself, with others, with the world, with life. The individual is not questioned here. Rather, what is called for is the successful shaping of their connections, whether in private or professional contexts.

Thus, the training ultimately also serves the ability to shape private relationships in a deeply fulfilling way and professional relationships in a sustainably successful manner.
