There are moments in life when the world around us falls silent\u2014and something within us begins to speak.A quiet voice. A longing. For pausing. For listening. For a remembrance of what truly matters. <\/p>\n\n

Our three-day gathering is such a moment. A sacred space to pause and return to the essential. <\/p>\n\n

We dedicate these days to silence, to find clarity and radicality<\/strong>\u2014timeless qualities that open doors within us to something that reaches deeper than thought.<\/p>\n\n

Everything begins in silence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In silence, we hear words that we cannot speak with words. We show ourselves to that which is invisible. We become witnesses to what is. From this silence, clarity arises\u2014as pure as a mountain spring, as sharp as a blade of light, as merciless as the truth. <\/p>\n\n

Clarity reveals the silent essence of all being and becoming<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

And that which is, is this: the radical essence of life. The raw beauty of all existence. The deep laws of every beginning, the structures of the root from which everything springs. <\/p>\n\n

Radicality shows the way back to the root<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In the encounter with radicality, we begin to understand. In presence, we find the key to all our questions. We recognize the radical oneness of our existence and all existence. One with life, with others, with the whole. <\/p>\n\n

No. In certain moments we speak, we share\u2014from within ourselves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During these three days, we repeatedly surrender to silence and its sheer vastness. We explore and experience, we stay with the questions and find new insights and answers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stephanie and our Dutch colleague Paul Zonneveld<\/strong> lead these days. Paul is an executive coach and organizational consultant, an expert in systemic intelligence and the invisible dynamics in organizations. He coined the term systemic intelligence<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n
