The Magic of Connection \u2013 The One Breath<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Mystics and quantum physicists have told us: everything is connected. Everything is part of a greater whole.<\/p>\n\n

What initially sounds like a spiritual belief\u2014and is, incidentally, a scientific and physical fact\u2014becomes a challenge for our intellect. Too vast to comprehend. Too small to grasp.<\/p>\n\n

Too powerful. Too mundane.<\/p>\n\n

“Does this mean I should just be nice to everyone?”<\/em>,<\/strong> we ask\u2014and in doing so, we miss the point. Instead of finding ourselves in the center of this All-One, we prefer to lose ourselves in distinction, separation, and boundaries.<\/p>\n\n

That is precisely where our conflicts begin. Our pain. Our illnesses\u2014sometimes quiet, sometimes loud, sometimes creeping, sometimes radical.<\/p>\n\n

This weekend, we remember.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We remember a sense of belonging that never ceased. We engage with a connection that was never broken. We experience ourselves as part of a whole that has always supported us.<\/p>\n\n

In a delicate tapestry of meditation, sharing, bioenergetic bodywork, and systemic constellation work, we together open a space in which we experience ourselves as connected\u2014with ourselves, with others, and with life.<\/p>\n\n
