In our Organisational Constellations Advanced Training Online, we will convey the complexity of organisations, introduce to an  integral understanding of organisational development, and use organisational constellations as a key method.

For our participants, we provide a holistic integral knowledge and practical abilities in organisational development.

We place particular emphasis on the participants' ability to comprehensively apply organisational constellations to systemic organisational development processes.

Together with CONSTELLATORS GEORGIA, we offer an Organisational Constellation Advanced Training Online in 2023 (OCATO2023).

The training is designed for

• people who want to (co-)design and (co-)develop organizations;

• people who work with organisations systemically, such as consultants,  trainers, coaches, supervisors, and facilitators;

• constellating colleagues who want to specialise in the field of systemic organisational development.

The Advanced Training is suitable for those who have already some experiences with constellation work, or who have passed a basic education in system constellation, and who want to professionalize or specialize their constellation work in widening and deepening their activities in organizational, management and economic fields. 

After the training, participants will be able to facilitate constellations to successfully support the systemic organizational development.

It will be held in English and translated synchronously to Georgian.

Training Fee

The total training fee is 1.904 Euro (incl. 304 Euro German VAT of 19%) – including international recognition by CONSTELLATORS INTERNATIONAL after the successful completion of the training .

If your billing address is outside of Germany and you have a VAT ID No. in one country within the international reverse charge agreement, or if you are a US American citizen, no VAT is applicable. 

The fee includes 2 modules with a total of 90 hours plus 1 year no cost fee for international 

recognition by CONSTELLATORS INTERNATIONAL
