From the very beginning, we struggle to survive within the systems we are born in. We would do everything to support these systems so that they can love us and give us a good and safe place.

This is so important for us, that we would even sacrifice ourselves to get what we need to survive. This is the logic of our first, our dependent love and it is the tensional field we all grow up in. Our dependent love grows behavioural patterns with which we then act in friendships, relationships,

and groups. 

The survival strategies of our early social life with its dependant love function like a safety coat to protect our Self, our innate potential ± the life we are born with. The dependant love protects the Self love.  

Our innate life that contains our individual potential with its distinctive quality wants to blossom and it wants to show itself beyond any dependencies – while being connected.

To develop ourselves to become a blooming and integrated person, we look at our patterns and acknowledge them for what they are: an expression of our love for those on whom we depended ± in order to survive.

Only by being seen with this love can we understand that we are the ones who survived, we are the grown ups. Thus, we can shift our focus from our past to the now and from the outside of dependency to the inside of our innate Self. We reconnect with ourselves. We start to love our Self.

Connected to our Self we know where we belong. We feel that we are loved by us and through that can truly love. Connected to our Self we find safety within us. 

Constellation work with a psychosocial focus is a supportive and powerful tool to assist this growing up process. Stephanie teaches constellation work with a psychosocial focus for yourself, your beloved and for your clients. 

Content and structure

The first module focuses on biography work along the different phases of life. Transgenerational aspects are included as well as pre birth aspects. The module also teaches the different aspects of consciousness that are indispensable for the constellation work. 

The second module allows a deep understanding of trauma and introduces different approaches in trauma healing. Along with the therapeutical work, hypno-systemic communication skills are important for the constellation process. All aspects of the grown up Self love will be in the center of attention.

Due to the systemic approach, the teaching will be multidimensional. In short sequences, theoretical input, work in small groups, reflection, exercises and constellation work alternate. 

Topics of the constellations are usually delivered by the participants. This results in an interwoven deep personal experience of the training contents. 

At the end of the 1 year training, all topics and practices will be dealt with. Only after completion of the 2 modules will all topics be taught. The 2 modules can therefore not be booked individually.

Our special attention is given to constellation practice – from the day 1 on, the participants are entrusted with facilitating constellation sequences.

All lectures will be handed out as PDF file. They are equal to the content of the Textbook of Systemic Constellation by Stephanie Hartung which was published in Turkish in 2021.

Practice deepening in self organised peer groups without the trainer is obligatory – in online or in local groups.

Additional individual supervision will be provided if wanted.

Training Fee

The total training fee including one cost free year for international recognition by CI 

after the successful completion of the training is 1.904 Euro (incl.  304 Euro German VAT of 19%).

If your billing address is outside of Germany and you have a VAT ID No. in a country within the international reverse charge agreement, or if you are a US American citizen, no VAT is applicable. 

The fee includes 2 modules with a total of 106 hours plus one cost-free year for 

international recognition by Constellators International. 

As we are offering this training worldwide, the significantly favorable price takes into account the economic situation in several countries. For those from stronger economic regions, this training is therefore a bargain.
