Workshops 1+2

Connections in Our Personal Lives

We are all in constant exchange with the world around us. Invisible connections hold us together and form a network. This web spans our very being, beginning with our formative roots—our family of origin,

the spaces we inhabit, and the objects that surround us and give us meaning—all the way to our aspirations and personal goals, through which we seek to bring our future into our present.

All of these relationships are like silent threads weaving our existence into the world. They show us that we are more than individuals; we are embedded in a living fabric that we ourselves shape, and that, in turn, shapes us—a network in which we act and grow.

Our two workshops on the personal connections in our lives create a space to understand these bonds in depth.

We seek to explore the encounters and resonances that define our existence, to recognize how our surroundings shape us, and how we are creators of our own world. It’s an invitation to experience our personal relationships—whether with parents, siblings, family of origin, our spaces, money, pleasure, or goals—more consciously and to reshape them. In this way, we create the freedom to align our lives with our deepest wishes and desires.

Workshops 3+4

Connections in Our Organizations and Professional Lives

In the next step, we turn to relationships in the professional and organizational context. Here, too, we are interconnected through a network that unites us in projects, teams, and organizations. These connections shape not only our daily work but also how we pursue goals together, overcome challenges, and create spaces for creativity and growth.

Our two workshops on connections in organizations and professional life examine the dynamics of our organizational relationships, especially where these connections are complex and sometimes contradictory. The focus is on designing work relationships that foster trust and respect—and that support us in the shared pursuit of our goals.

We will focus particularly on real-life cases that reveal how the Systemic Intelligence of interconnectedness fundamentally shapes collaboration and possibilities within organizations.

The workshops 3 & 4 invite us to view organizations not just as functional systems but as living spaces where we can grow and develop together. Here lies the potential to consciously shape the way we work together and to discover new paths of collective creation.
