Organizational Constellations Online Masterclass (OCOM)

In 2024, we are offering a master class over 12 Saturdays from 10-18 CET.

Colleagues who already have experience with organizational constellations and/or systemic organizational development can 

1. Ask for support in their consulting projects around systemic organizational development

2. Ask for organizational development support in their own organizations

3. Ask for supervision for their organizational constellations

4. Ask for a constellation for themselves

5. Deepen and widen their knowledge of various topics such as trauma in organizations, systemic intelligence, the digital organization, or dimensions of information.

OCOM24 Masterclass Fee

The total OCOM24 Masterclass fee is 1.800 Euro (plus ***evtl. 19% VAT = 2.142 Euro) 

You can also book OCOM24 single days for 220 Euro each (plus evtl. 19% VAT = 261,80 Euro)

If you have a VAT number and live in a reverse charge area, you will not be subject to VAT.

I very much enjoyed Stephanie’s organisational constellations training. I found it to be a very helpful blend of theory and practical work. The theory provided an overview of a number of key principles of systemic thinking which we then had the opportunity to put into practice, both in the larger group as well as in smaller breakouts. Time was also allocated for discussion to clarify and elaborate on a range of topics. Stephanie has a deep knowledge and a generous spirit which made for a rich learning experience. I particularly appreciated working on specific case studies brought forward by the group participants and observing Stephanie’s (seemingly effortless) use of constellations to help bring the systems more into balance. As business consultant, Stephanie has facilitated organizational constellations for nearly 25 years. Since 2016, she has been offering DGfS-certified trainings as a DGfS certified Trainer in systemic constellations in the organizational and in the psychosocial field.

Until 2022/23, Stephanie was member and functionary in different positions of DGfS and ISCA. She was also member of Infosyon.The termination of her membership is associated with the cancellation of her German DGfS titles.

In 2019, Stephanie founded CONSTELLATORS INTERNATIONAL.

Stephanie is globally recognized as a Senior Constellator 2023/24 by Constellators International.

Stephanie is also the founder of FELD INSTITUT, offering systemic development for people, personnel and organizations and has published several books on Branding, Systemic Management, and Systemic Constellations in the psychosocial and in the organizational field.

In the Masterclass presented here, she offers comprehensive knowledge and skills in organizational constellations as a method for the mastery of systemic intelligence in organizational development.
